Course Completion Report

Once an employee successfully passes the exam, management will have access to their certificate on any mobile device.  This is extremely important since many law enforcement teams require that they see a copy of each certificate.  This certificate can also be printed and kept on file if the law enforcement team needs to verify a printed version.

Managers will also have the capability of removing an employee from the list if they should leave for any reason.

Third Party Certificates

Because it is important that all employees be included in the master list, managers can add a third-party certificate ( a certificate earned through a competitive provider) by completing the information on the “Third Party Certificate Form.”  A copy of this certificate will appear on the master list.
